So we can take time to tailor your tour to your requirements we don't offer the facility to book online. Once we have agreed an itinerary we will send you a contract which you need to complete and return. We will also send an invoice via PayPal for a non-refundable deposit of €200(euros) which must be paid within 10 days of booking to secure your date, and a second invoice for the balance which is due 21 days before your tour. If you are in Australia or the UK we can arrange payment into a local bank account.
If for any reason you cancel up to 21 days before the tour you will receive a refund of any payment made, less the €200(euros) deposit. If you cancel within 21 days of the tour or fail to meet us at the arranged time or place you will forfeit all fees paid. If you are delayed en route we will do our best to rearrange your tour, as long as you notify us as soon as you can of the delay (we will provide a mobile/cell number for you to text or ring us in the event of delays on the day). We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and maintain our price structure.
You are strongly urged to obtain cancellation insurance. In certain circumstances this will cover the cost of cancellation. We can provide documentation to support an insurance claim on request.
